Do we accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the custom nature of all of our pieces. We have a small quantity on hand and shipping is very very expensive.

Box was made of thin cardboard and arrived smushed. The design of my item was different than what was shown in the pictures. The quality of the capiz shell was very pretty in most places but the star at the top of the nativity was cracked and there was a dried sap/glue substance on the top of the nativity roof that was ugly. I messaged the seller for replacement and never got a response. Etsy refunded me which is great on Etsy's part, but would have been nice to get a replacement for what I actually wanted.
